Rituals can create lasting positive change. Simple rituals like meditating for five minutes each day, turning off our phones when we get home, or taking a daily walk are important because they allow us create a time and space that is separate from the rest of our lives. Rituals allow us to take a step back, making room for a shift in our perspective.
Adding herbs to our rituals makes them more sensual and enjoyable. You’re more likely to repeat these rituals and the herbs you smell, drink, or absorb through your skin can make the ritual more beneficial.
In this workshop we will sample many aromatic and pleasing herbs that can bring us relaxation. We will end by each making our own personal herbal blend to use in a tea, steam, oil, or soak.
