In this aromatic workshop we will taste our way through herbs and herbal preparations that will warm our bodies, support our immune systems, soothe our skin, and fight off the blues throughout the coldest and darkest months. Our evening will take us from fire cider to herbal cough syrup, from how to make a hand cream totally from plants to using herbs to boost your mood. Everyone will leave with a bag of specially blended bath tea to help start that process.
