I burned myself yesterday and was looking for herbs to use to help the healing (along with aloe of course). I was happy to find a recommendation for an infusion of these three particular herbs because I use them so often-- the peppermint for digestion and the skullcap and valerian as nervines. In this case the benefit is that they promote circulation to the burned area. The infusion tastes great, but smells like foot thanks to the valerian. Yum.
